Regular HVAC maintenance means having a professional inspect, clean, and tune your air conditioner and furnace at least once a year, so small problems get caught before they turn into breakdowns. Modesto, Turlock, and Merced summers push air conditioners to run 10 to 14 hours a day for weeks, and the same dust that settles on Central Valley fields settles inside your system. Winter then leans hard on a furnace that sat untouched for months.
Most manufacturers can deny a warranty claim on equipment that wasn’t professionally maintained, and a dirty, unadjusted system burns more energy every month it runs. Our VIP Maintenance Plan keeps your heating and cooling running efficiently and safely, so you get lower energy bills, fewer emergency repairs, and no guesswork about when your system was last serviced.

From our Turlock shop we maintain systems across Modesto, Merced, Manteca, Ceres, Oakdale, Ripon, Riverbank, Patterson, and Los Banos.
CORE BENEFITS:
VISITS INCLUDE:
6 Maintenance Visits For $545 (about $90 per visit!)
For most Central Valley homeowners, yes. A single summer AC failure or a cracked heat exchanger in January usually costs more than a full year on the plan, and the two tune-ups are built to catch those failures before they happen.
Maintenance also protects money you’ve already spent. Skipped upkeep is one of the most common reasons a manufacturer denies a warranty claim, and a neglected system loses efficiency every year, which shows up on your energy bill. Members also skip diagnostic fees and move to the front of the line when something does go wrong, even on a 108-degree afternoon.
New system? It’s still worth it. Warranties on newer equipment often require documented annual maintenance to stay valid, so the plan is what keeps that coverage in force.

Twice a year. One visit in spring to get your air conditioner ready for Central Valley heat, and one in fall to prep your furnace for winter. We reach out to schedule each visit, so you never have to remember.
Every visit is a full inspection and tune-up. We clean and check the coils, test refrigerant and electrical components, inspect airflow and the filter, and calibrate the thermostat. Heating visits add a carbon monoxide test and a gas leak and heat exchanger check for safety.
No. Your visits never expire. If life gets busy and you miss a scheduled tune-up, it stays on your account until you use it.
The plan doesn’t make repairs free, but it makes them cheaper and safer. You get member discounts on parts and labor, no diagnostic fee when something needs fixing, and a 5-year warranty on any repair we perform under the plan.
No. Members never pay a diagnostic charge, even on nights, weekends, and holidays. If your system quits, we come out and diagnose it at no extra cost.
Yes. Newer systems still need annual maintenance to run efficiently, and most manufacturer warranties require documented professional service to stay valid. The plan keeps that coverage in force and catches small issues while they’re still small.
